The I-ACT for Children Educational Grant Program supports the continuing education of those involved in pediatric clinical trial research. I-ACT for Children designed the grant program specifically to support attendance at and/or participation in a pediatric research conference or course. Early-stage investigators, study nurses and coordinators, and research administration staff who support pediatric clinical trials are encouraged to apply.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we expanded eligible educational programs to include those that do not require travel, such as continuing education or college/university courses that are relevant to pediatric clinical trial research. Four grants of up to $2,500 each are awarded annually in November.
The Educational Grant Program is open only to staff of I-ACT for Children network sites.
